Kair Services

We want to see our clients full of life! A life that is abounding with friendships, purpose, and fulfillment. Therefore the services we provide will work toward that goal, based on how that looks in the life of each person. Kair Services is inspired by Kari Denlinger, who’s life is marked by love, care, friendship, and far reaching impact to people all around the world.

My name is Jeremy Denlinger. I’ve worked in the human services field for the past 10 years. I’ve been in the “world of disabilities” all of my life. I have two older siblings who have a rare genetic condition.

I live in Lancaster City, with my wife, daughter, and dog. During the COVID-19 pandemic, while working for another provider, I saw the growing need for more services for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.

The pandemic affected the lives of everyone, especially in the area of connectivity. Through Kair Services I aim to help my clients connect with their local community through volunteering, community activities, and participation in their personal interests.

Kair Services is named after my older sister, Kari Denlinger, who’s nick name is Kairs.

Kari has inspired me all throughout my life. I credit her for helping me to become the person I am! Because of her I started working in the Human Services field, through her example I’ve learned patience and contentment, and I am more sensitive to the needs of others. All of this without Kari ever being able to speak to me. But her smile and eyes have always spoken volumes.

My sister has connected with people from all walks of life. Just being out in the community with her has often sparked conversations with people where otherwise no connection would have been made. That’s why she is the inspiration for Kair Services.

The vision of Kair Services is Life Abundantly! Every person should be living an abundant life, and I know this is possible because I’ve watched my sister lead a life that is marked by love, care, friendship, and far reaching impact to people all around the world. Through Kair Services, I hope to help others find some of the abundance that Kari has.

Kair Services provides Community Participation Supports (CPS). CPS is a service specifically defined by Pennsylvania to help people with disabilities develop connections and relationships within their Community.

The plan for each person is developed based on their interests and needs. Each person served will be working towards specific goals that they develop along with their support team. The plan for their weekly schedule may include volunteering, joining clubs, going to local community activities, and more.

Kair Services provides services to people with Intellectual Disabilities living in Lancaster County. Individuals served need to have funding through the state, and an Individual Support Plan developed by a Supports Coordinator with the County.
